A design villa where contemporary architecture meets the authenticity of Salento. Terracorte Villa is developed around a traditional central courtyard, ensuring a perfect balance between shared living and absolute privacy.

Living Area

A cozy open-space environment featuring a working fireplace and a Full Electric kitchen equipped with induction technology. Large glass walls connect the living area directly to the central courtyard, flooding the spaces with natural light.

Sleeping Area & Suites

Four double suites designed for total autonomy. Each room features an en-suite bathroom and, most importantly, independent external access, allowing every guest to follow their own pace in symbiosis with the surrounding nature.

Outdoor & Pool

The heart of relaxation is the infinity pool, extending over 15 meters and surrounded by a fully equipped solarium. For convivial moments, the villa offers a covered veranda with a barbecue and a traditional wood-fired oven, ideal for dining under the Puglian sky.
